Lighte isle journal: Day 1

Well I just washed up here after riding just a bit too fast out of my guildhouse. I was feeling a little dizzy but otherwise I felt fine. My first concerns were for my safety but it looked like the island was pretty peaceful even though it lacked any food supplies or water so I would have to rely on what I had on me. Soon I had found a fellow survivor who was at first hostile but we soon became friends as it was clear to we could be here a while.

I decided to explore the isle to see what was there and soon I found another person on the island called lighte. I tried to ask him some questions but he just stared blankly ahead and ignored me. I guess he had just spent a little too long on this island…

I went a little further to the north and I saw a portal that would take me back to the mainland. At first I was overjoyed but then I saw a small paper sign with three words of doom on it. Out of order. I screamed with rage and ran up to it kicked it a few times till I felt better but I knew I was going to be stuck here for a while…

Ok it’s a couple of weeks early but I feel I’m suitably settled into my courses and stuff and I’ve got stuff to write . Hopefully I’ll update this blog at least once a week and it will be a mix o Graal stuff and whatever plinky prompts serves up

Hiatus

Welll since I haven’t posted in a few months and I’ve got school coming up I’m going to put my blog on Hiatus until I have some trhings i can write about as curently I haven’t really thought about it so I have no ideas . Hopefuly I’ll restart this blog in about 6 weeks

Well a while back I said my blog would be moving to a different site. However as the site is pretty dormant I’ll be staying here as it is easier and the stat tracking is muuuuucccchhhh better (I’m addicted to checking stats of things )

I’ll probably change the title and a few other things about the blog when I have time and when I remember . I’ll try to post fairly regularly (honest!)

Dammit Apple!

Dammit apple! Only six months after I got my iTouch 3g and it looks like if I want to get the best games available on the app store I’m going to have to upgrade. Now frankly I find this more than a little bit frustrating especially as if I had bought the 32GB model this wouldn’t be such a problem. However games are starting to be released which require you to have a 3rd gen 32gb or a 3gs and I have neither. Of course this only applies to a few games (Xenome(which is getting an update to make it playable on a 2G) and Espagluda off the top of my head) but it’s still worrying.

However even if I was given the choice I wouldn’t upgrade. I would much prefer to get the 3DS partly because some of the games being released on it look awesome( Damn Ocarina of time looks awesome :O) but also because DSs don’t become outdated as quickly as iDevices. If you had, for example, one of the first DSs ever to be released it would still play all the new DS games that have been released. I know this means that some developers don’t make use of all the new features the newest DS’s have but for the most part I wouldn’t be too bothered if it meant I didn’t have to update it every two years or so.

So…which would you have? iPhone 4G/iTouch 4G or the 3DS?

Dammit. I had promised myself that I wouldn’t write about Graal in my blog but my mind has been as blank as a slate over the the last few days so I might as well.

This happened a yesterday a while before the red lava pet went ‘rare’

One day we will rule Graal!

We trapped some people we messed around and declared Squishys as being awesome and it was a lot of fun. This is Graal at it’s best with random awesome-ness ( and no scammers in sight ) I can only hope there’s another Red Squishy Revoution soon

This is my first post on my first wordpress.com blog so don’t expect fireworks or masterful writing. I hope to write about a wide range of topics from gaming to philosophy or whatever is on my mind but I really just want to see where it takes me (hopefully not off the edge of a cliff or into a pit of lava ) and I hope you stick along for the ride!
